According to the decision 11 71 St 009476 07 of the July, 2nd 2007, The Basic Court of Banja Luka has informed the Banja Luka Stock Exchange that he proposal for starting of the preceding procedure to check if the legal condition for starting the bankruptcy proceedings are fulfilled has been submitted.
