According to the decision 11 71 St 009599 07 of the June, 28th 2007, The Basic Court of Banja Luka has informed the Banja Luka Stock Exchange that he proposal for starting of the preceding procedure to check if the legal condition for starting the bankruptcy proceedings are fulfilled has been submitted.
