The Banja Luka Stock Exchange informs public and investors that on 28th of February 2007 adopted the decision that as of today BSNK-R-A shares, issued by Bosanka ad Doboj, will be temporarily halted from trading on the semiofficial market, based on market situation at the beginning of the trading, when a significant difference in bid and ask prices and small quantity of shares in the entered orders are observed. Such market situation could have caused a significant fluctuation of the share price based on small quantity of shares.
Temporary trading halt with this company will be until the information statement from company or the Basic Court of Doboj about the preceding procedure for the opening of the insolvency proceeding has been started and on eventual existence of price sensitive information is received.
The decision on the temporary halt in trading is made to protect interest of investors and issuer and to preserve integrity of the capital market.
