The Banja Luka Stock Exchange informs public and investors that on 5th of June 2007 adopted the decision that as of today VBOT-R-A shares, issued by Velež-Botin Inc. Nevesinje, will be temporarily halted from trading on the semiofficial market.
Temporary trading halt with this company will be until the information statement from company or the Basic Court of Trebinje about the opening of the insolvency proceeding over the issuer and on eventual existence of price sensitive information is received.
The decision on the temporary halt in trading is made to protect interest of investors and issuer and to preserve integrity of the capital market.
