The Banja Luka Stock Exchange informs public and investors that on 2nd of April 2007 adopted the decision that as of today STRK-R-A shares, issued by Stirokart Inc. Srbac, will be temporarily halted from trading on the semiofficial market.
Temporary trading halt with this company will be until the information statement from company or the Basic Court of Banja Luka about the preceding procedure for the opening of the insolvency proceeding has been started as well as the decision to withdraw the matter from the court and on eventual existence of price sensitive information is received.
The decision on the temporary halt in trading is made to protect interest of investors and issuer and to preserve integrity of the capital market.
