According to the decision No 11 71 St 008154 06 of December 26th 2006, published in Official Gazette of RS no 1/07 of January the 12th 2007, The Basic Court of Banja Luka started preceding procedure to check if the legal condition for starting the bankruptcy proceedings are fulfilled.
