According to the decision No 11 71 St 001354 06 of November 24th 2006, published in Official Gazette of RS no 117/06 of December 4th 2006, The Basic Court of Banja Luka started preceding procedure to check if the legal condition for starting the bankruptcy proceedings are fulfilled.
