According to the Decision no. 080-0-St-06-000 002 of October 24th 2006 of the Basic Court of Bijeljina bankruptcy proceedings has been open for the Fabrika akumulatora AS Inc. Srebrenica, published in the Official Gazette of RS no. 107/06 of November 8th 2006. Considering that bankruptcy estate is not enough to cover bankruptcy proceeding’s costs, this procedure will not go forward. Court has concluded the same according to the Article 132 of the Law on the Bankruptcy Proceedings
