According to the decision No 11 71, St 006039 06 of September 9th 2006, published in Official Gazette of RS no 98/06 of October 11th 2006, The Basic Court of Banja Luka started preceding procedure to check if the legal condition for starting the bankruptcy proceedings are fulfilled.
